Tate Block Vintage Vintage & Antiques: a space full of history, hustle, and community.
Owned by Morgan Jackson and her husband, what started during COVID as buying storage units and selling items at Treasure Mart booths turned into something much bigger. After spotting the building and stopping to ask about it… 48 hours later, it was theirs.
Originally built in 1916, the Tate Block has lived many lives—bank, grocery store, even a hotel with 24 rooms upstairs. Today, it’s been brought back to life as a vintage marketplace, powered by creativity and local support.
Morgan shared honestly about the realities of running a business, especially when it comes to social media. Instead of pretending to have it all figured out, she leaned in, asked questions, and genuinely valued feedback from our group. That willingness to learn stood out.
Open Friday–Sunday, Tate Block thrives on weekend traffic and community engagement. A great reminder: you don’t need to have everything figured out to start… you just have to take the step.
