We dove into the art of leadership with Stacy Rutten and Emery Hardin from Leadr — brought in by Coca-Cola GM and former CEO facilitator Brandon Bishop.

Leadr is more than coaching, it’s a people-development platform that helps managers shift from managing tasks to developing people with clarity, structure, and real accountability. Their Leadr Academy combines live training with tools that help leaders build healthy teams, lead with confidence, and drive performance. They even integrate frameworks from Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, turning proven leadership models into daily habits.

We walked away reminded that leadership isn’t about a title; it’s about influence, trust, and the courage to do the hard things that help people grow.

“If you can’t read the room, you can’t lead the room.”

A huge thank you to Stacy and Emery for taking their time here to invest in our CEO team; we’re better for it.
