We visited AndyMark, a robotics company built on innovation and impact.

Founded in 2004 by Andy Baker and his late partner Mark Koors, AndyMark started out of their homes, grew into Inventrek by 2007, expanded to Washington St. in 2011, and moved into their current facility in 2018. Andy, who brought 15 years of design experience at Delphi and years of mentoring with TechnoKats since 1998, helped shape AndyMark into a global name in robotics education.

60% of their products are designed in-house, serving schools and programs around the world. Their culture—safety, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement—drives their work. Their mission: to develop innovative products and outstanding service while inspiring their customers and making a positive impact in the community.

Andy’s advice to future entrepreneurs?

“Stick to what you know.”
“Take care of your customers.”
