We met with Heath Gibson, PC Manager at All Phase Electric, and got a firsthand look at what it means to run a business that’s both locally driven and nationally backed.

Heath shared his journey from starting as a truck driver in 1998 to leading a business model that thrives on flexibility, problem-solving, and relationships. All Phase is nationwide, but every branch makes its own decisions—allowing them to truly serve customers at the local level.

From ready-to-assemble panelboards and compartment reels to customer storage solutions, their focus is simple: solve problems and make customers’ jobs easier. Heath reminded us that life experiences and hard work are often just as valuable as a college degree.

What stood out most was their commitment to community impact—recycling scrap cardboard to support local veterans, investing in manager trainees, and giving back to schools and organizations across Kokomo. And at the heart of it all, their belief to treat the janitor or warehouse worker the same as the CEO.

“This is like running my own small business, but with corporate backing.” – Heath Gibson

Thank you, All Phase Electric, for showing us how strong relationships and smart solutions power both business and community.
