We met with three of the four owners of PlayPros — Justin & Johanna Moos and Sheila Rossmann — at Crossroads Community Church.

Justin reminded us that “relationships are very important.” His career path proves it: a Chrysler connection led him to Rea Magnet Wire, which eventually led to the opportunity that became PlayPros.

When Countryside Play Structures went up for sale in 2016, Justin went to check out one of their playgrounds in Lafayette. After seeing it in action, he was sold. The team purchased the company in 2017 and rebranded in 2019 as PlayPros.

One of Justin’s best lessons for us: “I’m not afraid to learn. You have to know how to learn and you’ll do it for the rest of your life.”
