We had a fantastic AM session with Megan Devito, a stress and anxiety busting guru! "Negative emotions are not bad emotions. They are uncomfortable," Megan Devito - Anxiety & Confidence Coaching repeatedly said. She taught us what happens in our body when we are stressed or anxious and how it limits our ability to think or problem solve. After identifying and understanding these emotions, Megan gifted us powerful and simple tools to help feel and benefit from these negative emotions.
