Dear Friends of CEO,

As the Board Chair of Kokomo CEO, I want to share some upcoming changes with you. First of all, our facilitator of the past six years, Morgan Young, has decided to step down at the conclusion of this school year.

Morgan has discerned that it's time for him to devote more of his energy to his pastoral role at Northview Church and to create more margin in his life by just having one vocation. He's still passionate about what we're doing and the success of our program, so he plans to continue his influence with Kokomo CEO, primarily helping our new facilitator acclimate and thrive. More about that shortly.

As the founding facilitator of Kokomo CEO, we cannot be more proud or appreciative of the time Morgan has invested in this program, our current class, and CEO alumni. Out of the 56 CEO programs, ours is one of the shining stars and Morgan has been such an integral part of our success. So, we extend an enormous thanks for what he's built into this program, our alumni and our community these past six years. And I'm happy for the clarity Morgan has in regard to his future.

I'm excited to announce that our new facilitator, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year, is Brandon Bishop. Our board unanimously agreed that he's the person who can build upon our strong foundation and take Kokomo CEO to the next level.

"In my mind, there was only one person that made sense to hand this off to. Brandon has been a fixture around Kokomo CEO these past three years. He has so much passion for this next generation; for helping them fulfill their potential. He's also incredibly passionate about our community — this is a slam-dunk decision – I have no doubt Brandon will take CEO to new heights!" –Morgan Young

Brandon will now become bi-vocational, facilitating Kokomo CEO and remaining employed with our friends at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo. It's also worth mentioning that Morgan and Brandon have become great friends and have already been discussing the strategies and subtleties of facilitating Kokomo CEO. I am excited to see how their relationship fuels this transition and leads to even more success for our program as Brandon leans into this new challenge.

It's been an incredible pleasure chairing the board of this amazing program, seeing how we're making a profound difference in the next generation and in the future of our community. Please join me in wishing well, both Morgan and Brandon as they navigate their next chapters!

Respectfully yours,
Greg Aaron
