CEO Business Visits

CEO Guest Speakers

Dr Matt Pate DDS

Dr. Pate gave us a two-for-one experience: We got to learn the business behind dentistry and learn how franchises work with his new venture in Fishers and Noblesville, Massage Envy. "One of the most important factors when hiring is finding team players -- people who will gel with your team and culture."

Dominique Williams

C&C Cleaning Services
We were finally able to meet and learn from Taylor High School graduate, Dominique Williams. At age 24, he's already six years into the business he started out of high school."Cleaning wasn't my passion, but I could see the opportunity to create my own business with very little start-up cash. I love what I'm doing and I'm always looking for new ventures--it's all about innovating."

Letter to Myself

"In seven months you'll be graduating and moving on to the next phase of your life. Write a letter to your self at the end of the school year. What aspirations and dreams do you hope you reach by June 1?"  We sealed these letters and addressed them to our homes. Morgan will mail these to us at the end of the school year. We love the creativity of CEO!

Summit Sneak Peak!

We have decided to host the 4th Annual CEO Summit!

We're still in the planning stages but we have two speakers inked in. Kristin Hadeed, CEO/founder of Student Maid and new author out of Gainseville FL is a keynote speaker. She's done a TEDx talk w/over 2 million views, featured in Forbes and The Today Show and her book is just out.

Santiago Jaramillo is CEO and Co-founder of Emplify, co-author of "Agile Engagement" a top-10 Amazon bestseller and one of Inc. Magazines 30-under-30 Entrepreneurs 2013.

Get Involved in CEO

The manner in which the CEO program is funded is critical to its success and sustainability. All funds raised are used exclusively for the Kokomo CEO program. To participate, a 3-year $1000 per year commitment is required. Business Partner Investors commitments of time and energy are also critical to the program's success. Contributions may be tax deductible, as our organization is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.

When we are not touring local businesses, we need a place to host the class. During that time, the 15 CEO students and their Facilitator would meet at your site where they would also have guest speakers and guests from the community attend. Hosting requires a facility with internet access and adequately accommodates up to 20 people.

We are looking for people to share real-life stories about the concepts of running a business, from strategic thinking, product development to marketing, and cash flow management. Also, sharing your personal successes and failures are what recent classes have enjoyed the most.

If you are interested in participating in any of the above programs, use our contact form to send us a message
